QL Houseware is jointly created by Xinzhu and Dalian Yada Industrial Co., Ltd. We run a closed-loop production line in Nanping, Fujian — from 666 hectares of moso bamboo forest through our own factory and warehouse to finished catering products, with one team accountable for every step in between.

Raw Material We Grow, Not Buy on the Spot Market
666 hectares of moso bamboo in Nanping, Fujian, the richest bamboo region at this latitude. We produce about 150,000 tonnes of moso bamboo a year and select only mature culms over five years old, so strength and defect rate stay where your spec expects them.
Production Built on Equipment We Developed Ourselves
Self-developed machinery and complete production lines came online in 2022, followed by automation in 2023 and the new plant in 2024. 138+ automatic machines, an intelligent bamboo breaker with 3D recognition and an AI vision picking machine now run the work.
Quality Control From Raw Material to Shipped Container
Incoming bamboo is checked for moisture and density, every step follows a written work instruction, and each batch is dimension-checked and visually inspected. A dedicated quality team runs monitoring and assurance under an ISO-based system.
A Warehouse Designed Around Container Loading
Over 10,000 m² under roof, room for more than 7,500 pallets. Intelligent storage and a container-loading bridge cut product damage, lift picking accuracy and shorten the distance between a finished pallet and a sealed container.
Sixteen Milestones, One Direction: Closer to the Bamboo
From a barbecue-stick workshop in 2009 to an automated plant in 2024. Each step added either control of the material, control of the process, or reach to a new market.
The initial brand was established, focusing on the production of high-quality barbecue sticks to meet the growing market demand for environmentally friendly and sustainable living products.
Successfully established stable supply chain relationships and partnerships with domestic and international traders, laying a solid foundation for the initial development of the brand.

Product line expanded with the development of bamboo coffee sticks and the commencement of the production of bamboo chopsticks and bamboo toothpicks, which further enriched the company's product line to meet a wider range of market needs.
Participated in international trade fairs to promote our products to the international market and obtained some overseas orders, marking the initial realisation of our internationalisation strategy.
Founded Xinzhu brand and set up an integrated team, including purchasing, production management, R&D, quality and other departments, which provided strong support for the company's comprehensive development.
Opened an online sales platform with richer and more diversified products, including bamboo tableware, ice cream sticks, spoons, food sticks, incense sticks, straws, tongue depressors and household products, further expanding the market coverage.
Collaborated with environmental organisations to promote the use of biodegradable bamboo products, enhancing the brand image and winning the Environmental Innovation Award.
Joint venture with Yada Industrial and establish QL Houseware, expanding its business scope into the field of home furnishings and diversifying its product line.
Purchased 42,000 square metres of site and started the construction of modern factory building to prepare for the enhancement of production capacity and efficiency.

Sunshine, rainfall and well-drained soil in Nanping produce the highest quality moso bamboo in the world, and 666 hectares of it are ours to manage.

Once the final drawing is confirmed, a team of 65+ people manufactures your order using advanced equipment, on a schedule built around your delivery date rather than a general production queue.
Quality inspectionEvery Batch Is Checked, Written Down and Traceable
Metal detectors, moisture analysers and UV sterilisation units sit alongside a trained QC team with more than 16 years of material testing experience. Incoming bamboo is checked for moisture and density, each batch is dimension-checked and visually inspected, and non-conforming product is separated.
LaboratoryReports Written Against Your Item, Not a Product Family
A per-SKU test report and a quality certificate ship with the goods, so the documents name the item you bought. If you need certification for a market that is not on our standard list, sampling and testing are arranged with a third-party laboratory and the report is shared before shipment.
Customisation and R&DFrom a Sketch to an Approved Sample in Weeks
Send brand assets, a target product and a quantity. You receive a concept, a quotation and then a physical sample or digital proof, and production starts only after you sign off the sample. Length, thickness, tip shape, fork tine and spoon bowl profile are all customisable, with branding laser engraved or hot stamped.

LFGB food-contact requirements
Products are made to meet LFGB food-contact requirements. We can supply a test report from a recognised German laboratory, and we will confirm before sampling whether your buyer needs that specific form.
FDA food-contact requirements
Products are made to meet US food-contact requirements. Tell us the exact item and the destination market, and we confirm which FDA food-contact test it has to pass and issue the report against that item.
SGS test report
A report issued against a named item, material and standard, so the document matches the goods in the container rather than a generic bamboo product family.
FSC-certified material
Chain-of-custody material is available on request. Tell us if your market or your buyer needs an FSC claim shown on the shipping documents and we will confirm what can be provided.
ISO-based quality system
Quality monitoring, quality assurance, technical support and R&D all run under an ISO-based system, with defined procedures rather than individual judgement on the line.
Quality certificate per SKU
A quality certificate ships with the goods, per SKU. Ask how long your importer needs batch records kept and we will keep the batch documentation with the shipping papers so the shipment can be traced at the border.

QL began as the Xinzhu brand in 2009, making barbecue sticks for a market that was starting to ask for sustainable alternatives. In 2020 we formed a joint venture with Dalian Yada Industrial Co., Ltd. and established QL Houseware, extending into home furnishings and widening the product range.
In 2021 we bought a 42,000 m² site and started building our own modern factory. By 2023 the plant was finished and automated equipment was going in; in 2024 the new plant and its automation went into operation and lifted our capacity, while new technologies and new products continued to come to market.
Today QL serves food service, travel and onboard services, hospitality, catering, institutions, healthcare, educational facilities, retail and horticultural customers, and it still works the same way: one forest, one factory, one warehouse, one accountable team.
